I have a dell D610 and i installed fresh windows XP and have no speaker sound. I downloaded the sigmatel c major audio from the dell website and it downloaded the sound icons etc but there is still no sound from the speakers. I checked the headphones and there is sound but no sound from the inbuilt speakers.
